Not all sites include a profile photo. To determine if your site includes a profile photo, go to your profile. If there is not an option to upload a profile photo, your site does not include this functionality.
There are two common reasons a photo will not appear on a customized product. The first is that the photo is not approved. Go to your profile and scroll to your photo. You will see a “Status” indicator next to your photo. After the photo has been approved, the status will change from “Pending” to “Approved.”
The second reason you may not see your profile photo on the customized product is that not all products are designed to include a photo.
